Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and Meta Platform Policies, you have the right to request the deletion of personal data that The Basketball Warehouse holds about you.

Processing Time
We will process your request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
Important Note
Deletion of your data may affect your ability to use certain services. Data required by Philippine law such as tax records and financial transactions may be retained for the legally required period even after a deletion request.
