Our courts and hoop systems ship from separate locations and may arrive in separate deliveries.
- Hoop systems pack across 4 boxes — some are long and heavy, requiring a pickup truck, trailer, or utility vehicle for transport and unloading.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on your location.
- We find the most affordable shipping option for every order — no fixed carrier.
- Delivery costs may be lower if someone is available to help unload on arrival.
- Shipping charges are subject to change at any time.

Returns Policy
Hoop Systems — Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all parts included.
- You cover all return shipping costs.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- A ₱5,000 restocking fee applies.

Sports Interlocking Flooring — No Returns
Flooring tiles are customized to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind returns on these products.
